How to upload books?

Is it possible to ask Z-library team to upload books at request?
Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to add books at the request of users. Our library collection is updated almost daily so keep for updates. But you can use the option ZAlerts and when this book appears in our database you will be notified by email.
Problems with downloading books?
You can email support [email protected]. Attach screenshot and detailed information, it will help us to fix this problem quicker.
I can download books but can’t download articles or I can download articles but can’t download books
Follow these steps to fix the problem:
  • 1. Logout from all our services https://singlelogin.me/logout.php
  • 2. Go to https://singlelogin.me
  • 3. Select "https://art1lib.org" (in case you unable to download articles) or "https://b-ok.com" (unable to download books) as a target host
  • 4. Input your login credentials and click on "Sign In" button
How to open lit, fb2 books?
If you have a problem with opening epub files on your device we recommend using the Calibre app to open and convert such format
How to open DJVU files?
You can open such books via WinDjView, DjVuLibre, DjView and MacDjView. Or you can convert it to pdf using the Online converter
What books are available for conversion?
Only books with 'epub', 'fb2', 'pdf', 'mobi', 'txt', 'rtf' format and no more than 8.00 MBMB are available for conversion.
If you are an employee of an educational institution and want to cooperate with us.
We will be happy to help you, you only need to send us a photo of your ID card or driver licence. We also need a list of IP addresses of your educational institution.
If your antivirus has detected a virus in the downloaded book.
It is better to check the file again using the online service Virus Total. It will scan the file in more than 20 anti-virus platforms.
When using our site in Guest mode, the system gives the error that this IP address has already reached the download limit.
Download limit calculates based on your IP address. However, some internet providers use shared IP addresses for clients. So sometimes our download limit also shared between the guests.

I've sent a gift card but my account wasn't upgraded.
Usually it takes 5 minutes to process gift cards, but sometimes it can take longer. Therefore, first check the status of your order on Amazon to make sure that we have received it. If your account is still not upgraded, then check that you have put the correct email recipient (@bookmail.ORG). If everything is correct, then send a letter from Amazon with the order number to [email protected]
How many times the “Share-On-Facebook” option can be used?
You can use this option every 6 months and it has an effect for 31 days.
Why “Send-To-Email” option is not available for some books?
The maximum file size for this option is 20.00 MBMB.
