This book is amazing. It is worth the read. It has given me a different view of dealing with life and all that comes with it. You get to realize that most of the weight you carry throughout life doesn't belong to you and it is weighing you down but you have the ability to let it go and be free.
There is hope to mend relationships and connect with yourself.
